When you visit this site
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts.
Cloudflare serves the site for us. To deliver pages and to block floods of requests, it handles your IP address and your request. We do not keep your IP address.
Which Steam data we store
All of it is about games, none of it about people. We store what the pages show: the number of players in game for each game we follow, Steam's chart of its most played games, Steam's daily most played list with its ranks, and each game's name, store type, release date, developers and publishers.
We also keep, as an archive that the pages do not show, store prices in six countries, Steam's weekly top sellers, each game's review totals and the monthly Steam Hardware and Software Survey.
How long and where
We keep this data without a time limit: Steam keeps no history of player counts, so ours is the record.
Our database and our archive of what Steam answered are on servers we rent in Germany. The pages are stored with Cloudflare R2, in a region Cloudflare picks, and served from Cloudflare's network.
